THIRUVANIKAVU (Mullurkara) This Bhadrakali shrine though once very rich with the vast lands has now hardly 67 cents. The idol (Darusilpa) is made of jacktree core. The Gopuram was renovated recently. People from all strata of society perform dance wearing masks to please the Goddess. Eight days festival is conducted.
